1) What’s Eligible

  • First purchase of any Starter, Silver, Platinum, or Golden plan

  • Renewal payments are refundable within 30 days only if you have not used more than one live session in that cycle

  • One refund per customer in any 12‑month period (to prevent abuse)

2) What’s Not Eligible

  • Completed one‑off intensives or workshops once delivered

  • No‑show or last‑minute cancellations outside the stated rescheduling window

  • Cases of chargeback fraud or policy abuse

3) How to Request a Refund

Email [contact email] with subject “Refund Request” and include: name, purchase email, order ID, date of purchase, and reason (optional but helpful). We will confirm eligibility within 3–5 business days.

4) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
